We want you to love your WECZON furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return process within the guidelines below.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items, provided they are in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and parts included.
To be eligible for a return:
Note: For large furniture items (sofas, sectionals, mattresses, beds), return shipping fees may apply and are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Many WECZON products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty details are included with your product or available upon request. Warranty claims do not fall under the 30-day return policy and are handled separately.
